Exchange Policy

We want your experience with us to be enjoyable, easy and safe. Toward that end we offer our Satisfaction Guarantee - All items are carefully inspected before being packaged by hand and shipped to our customers. We are sure you will be thrilled with any creation ordered through us, but if you you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange option

We will exchange the item that you have purchased, exclusive of shipping charges to you and back to us, as long as we are contacted within 5 days of you receiving your order and the item is returned to us within 5 days of you receiving it.   All special and custom orders are non-exchangable.

The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials.

Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing the appropriate department below:

The RA number must be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied with an official RA number will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a trackable carrier such as UPS or Federal Express. When you contact us for an RA using the proper email as indicated by type of product you are returning we will respond with the proper shipping address for your return.

Please note that special and custom orders have a no return or exchange policy.

If the product you're returning included a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your exchange.

An exchange may void a multiple purchase discount.

"New and unused" means that there are no marks on the item, and no smells such as perfume and tobacco. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser if the purchaser agrees to pay the return shipping, and no exchanges will apply.

Isabella's Realm is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Please discuss any additional questions you may have when you contact us for an RA.
